Exam Class - How does it work?
Our Exam Class is essential for both you and our teachers to track your child's progress, helping us identify their strengths and the areas that need further development.
Students will undergo assessments in both Maths and English, conducted under simulated 11+ exam conditions. This preparation helps ensure they are familiar with the exam format and reduces surprises on the 11+ test day. Each test will be graded, and personalised feedback will be given to every student. This will help your child and our teachers identify areas for improvement.
Reports Comparing Students
Our team will mark each student's assessments and will compile a comparison chart for Maths and English. The chart will display the following:
-
Candidate Number - Keeps students anonymous
-
Percentage Scored
-
Raw Mark Scored
-
Colour Coded Per Question
Beside each question will be colour coded:
-
Red: Incorrect Answer
-
Blue: Unanswered
-
Green: Correct Answer
Benefits of our Reports
-
See how your child's scores compare to others
-
Identify specific topics that require more attention
-
See how your child has progressed over the months
-
From questions missed nearer the end we can identify if your child struggles with timing
Alongside the monthly reports, we also provide a breakdown of the average scores, highest and lowest score achieved for each assessment and a recommended pass mark.
